About the Program

If you are 16-24 years old and want to create a brighter path for your future, then Youth Evolvement may be the program for you!

Brightpoint’s Youth Specialists empower teens and young adults to overcome educational and career barriers. We help young people in northeast Indiana discover their potential and take meaningful steps towards their future.

Youth Evolvement helps individuals:

• Find paid internships and work experiences
• Participate in hands-on training programs
• Complete their high school diploma or equivalency
• Explore college, career training, and higher education opportunities
• Build skills for long-term success
• Earn industry-certified credentials

Most youth start by participating in one of our career readiness workshops. During these workshops, you’ll explore your interests, learn from real life professionals in the field, develop soft skills, and may even earn an industry certification. Past workshops have focused on topics such as digital literacy, budgeting, food service industry careers, construction trades, healthcare careers, financial literacy, and more. These workshops are offered at no-cost and open to anyone aged 16-24 who meets the eligibility requirements.
