Community Action of Northeast Indiana dba Brightpoint is a not-for-profit social services agency serving 11 Head Start sites. Five sites are in Fort Wayne, and additional sites are in Berne, Huntington, Columbia City, Waterloo, Garrett, and Kendallville. Brightpoint is accepting invitations to bid (IFB) for its Vendor Meal Program.
To obtain detailed specifications, contact Mary Harris at Brightpoint between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Call 260-423-3546 ext. 263 or email maryharris@mybrightpoint.org to request information.
To request an Invitation to Bid (IFB), email maryharris@mybrightpoint.org with “Vendor Meals” in the subject line. The Vendor Meal Packet will be available August 7th. Completed bids must be submitted to maryharris@mybrightpoint.org by 5:00 p.m. on August 31st.
Bids will be opened and read on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Brightpoint office located at 227 E Washington Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
All work will be conducted in strict accordance with bid specifications.
