Brightpoint Request for Proposals: General Contractor Services

Legal Notice: Brightpoint Communities, Inc. (BCI), a subsidiary of Brightpoint, is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors for the construction of a new three-bedroom single-family residence at 513 N. Oak Street, Columbia City, Indiana 46725. The project is anticipated to utilize HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding and applicable regulatory requirements.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be requested from the contact listed below. Proposals must be submitted electronically according to the instructions contained in the RFP.

Key Dates

• Questions Due: October 13, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. EDT
• Proposals Due: October 29, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. EDT
• Expected Contractor Selection: November 5, 2026

BCI reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, request clarification, negotiate with proposers, and accept the proposal determined to be in its best interest. Contract award is subject to funding availability, required approvals, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
