August 7, 2025 | Fort Wayne, IN – Brightpoint received a grant for $7,500 from the Glick Community Relief Fund. The funds will be used to help support the organization’s mobile office, an RV that travels to Brightpoint’s service area.
“Glick Philanthropies is committed to offering support to nonprofit organizations that are supporting our most vulnerable community members in accessing their basic needs,” says Ben Grande, Director of Philanthropy at Glick Philanthropies. “The efforts of these organizations are especially critical now as many of our neighbors will likely lose access to basic needs-related supports they rely on due to government funding cuts. Our work with the Glick Community Relief Fund allows us to help 107 organizations that are making meaningful contributions to communities, families, and individuals across the country.”
At Brightpoint’s mobile office, individuals can learn about programs offered in their community, schedule appointments, apply for services including utility assistance, and more.
“Over the past year, our mobile office has steadily increased its presence throughout northeast Indiana,” says Brightpoint President/CEO Steve Hoffman. “Funding from Glick Philanthropies is helping us continue this outreach and provide needed services to more community members where they are.”
