Brightpoint Staff Receive Awards from JAG Indiana

Fort Wayne, IN – Three Brightpoint staff members recently received awards from the Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) Indiana program for their dedication to serving youth:

• Amber Morgan – Outstanding Rookie Specialist of the Year
• Andrea Freeze – Outstanding Specialist of the Year and a 10-year service award
• Rachel Bryant – Glynn Hines Lifetime Achievement Award

“I am incredibly proud of the achievements of these staff members and the impact they have made,” says Brightpoint President/CEO Steve Hoffman. “I am grateful to these Brightpoint staff and all our team members who contribute to making JAG a program of opportunity and support for young people.”

JAG is a resiliency-building workforce program that helps students learn in-demand employability skills and provides a bridge to post-secondary education and career advancement opportunities. As a state-based, national non-profit organization, it has served more than 45,000 Indiana students since its inception in 2006.

The Brightpoint JAG program boasted a graduation rate of 95 percent in 2024, better than the overall rate for Indiana students of 90 percent.
