Head Start provides comprehensive educational, health, nutritional, and other developmental social services to low-income and special needs preschool children and their families.

Brightpoint Head Start serves children ages 3 to 5 in Allen, Noble, and Whitley counties. The Head Start Program offers:
- Free, high-quality preschool services
- Health, nutrition, vision, dental, and developmental screenings
- The opportunity for parents to be involved in their child’s education
- Part-day and full-day classes
- Free meals for children (USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer)
