{"id":4226,"date":"2025-07-10T18:42:17","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T18:42:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mybrightpoint.org\/?p=4226"},"modified":"2025-07-17T13:53:34","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T13:53:34","slug":"brightpoint-staff-receive-awards-from-jag-indiana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mybrightpoint.org\/index.php\/brightpoint-staff-receive-awards-from-jag-indiana\/","title":{"rendered":"Brightpoint Staff Receive Awards from JAG Indiana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>July 10, 2025|Fort Wayne, IN<\/strong> \u2013 Three Brightpoint staff members recently received awards from the Jobs for America\u2019s Graduates (JAG) Indiana program for their dedication to serving youth:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Amber Morgan &#8211; Outstanding Rookie Specialist of the Year<br \/>\n\u2022 Andrea Freeze &#8211; Outstanding Specialist of the Year and a 10-year service award<br \/>\n\u2022 Rachel Bryant &#8211; Glynn Hines Lifetime Achievement Award<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am incredibly proud of the achievements of these staff members and the impact they have made,\u201d says Brightpoint President\/CEO Steve Hoffman. \u201cI am grateful to these Brightpoint staff and all our team members who contribute to making JAG a program of opportunity and support for young people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>JAG is a resiliency-building workforce program that helps students learn in-demand employability skills and provides a bridge to post-secondary education and career advancement opportunities. As a state-based, national non-profit organization, it has served more than 45,000 Indiana students since its inception in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>The Brightpoint JAG program boasted a graduation rate of 95 percent in 2024, better than the overall rate for Indiana students of 90 percent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">###<\/p>\n<p><em>Brightpoint is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving nearly 55,000 people across northeast Indiana each year. Through a wide range of programs, Brightpoint helps communities, families, and individuals remove the causes and conditions of poverty.
